Located adjacent to St James’s Park, 35 Old Queen Street is a late 19th Century building that has been transformed into 16 individually designed apartments. Beautifully crafted and impeccably curated, the development encapsulates both traditional London architecture and bespoke contemporary design.  

Our brief was to develop a brand and marketing materials that captured the essence of the site's history and location, whilst also re-enforcing the quality of design and finishes on offer.
