Apex Airspace is a pioneering airspace developer with ambitions to create sustainable, high-quality homes and strengthen communities across the UK.

 

The company’s model is to create a new asset class in the real estate sector by converting unused ‘airspace’ above residential, commercial and public building rooftops into new homes whilst ensuring that value is added to the whole building through refurbishment and development. 

 

Our brief was to work with the marketing team to help visualise the Apex methodology and development process.  The challenge was firstly to simplify what is quite a complex and unfamiliar concept in the market, and secondly to create a tool that could be broken down and used in detailed sections across various marketing and communication platforms (both on and offline).
