Realstar Group, a leading real estate investment and management company approached us once again this year seeking an engaging marketing campaign for Canto Court, a student accommodation property based in Old Street, in East London.

 

The challenge was to secure as many internal and external accommodation bookings for 2019/20 as possible, with the intention of filling as many rooms as possible prior to the start of the academic year.

 

In a highly competitive market where students' future plans can be unpredictable, the campaign needed to be engaging, impactful and genuine. We utilised a striking combination of photography, type and vivid colour, an extension of Canto Court's bold and clear design language, to create a suite of graphics that could be applied in both print and digital spaces.
